The Director of the PCC, Tim Toulmin, will take part in a discussion organised by the Westminster eForum on internet regulation. The seminar - entitled 'Taming the Wild Web? Internet Regulation & ISP Responsibility' - will look at the current state of online regulation and discuss where responsibilities for regulation should lie.
